Este sábado 29 de octubre, a las 19.00 horas, el destacado músico nacional Ángel Parra, realizará en el GAM una Master Class basada en la obra musical de Violeta Parra.
En la ocasión, el también integrante del grupo “Los Tres” interpretará en guitarra acústica algunas de las piezas más bellas de las composiciones para guitarra de Violeta Parra. Además, de manera especial, Parra estará acompañado de Francisca Gavilán, quien personificó a la cantautora en la película “Violeta se fue a los cielos”. Tras compartir una breve conversación acerca del enorme desafío que significó para Gavilán poder llegar a una interpretación tan profunda y particular de la genial folklorista, el músico y la actriz compartirán escenario para entonar juntos parte de las canciones incluidas en el filme de Andrés Wood.
La Master Class finalizará con una selección de piezas de Violeta en versión instrumental y jazzística, entregando al público asistente una valiosa y creativa propuesta desarrollada por Ángel Parra y su agrupación “Los Fugitivos”, con quienes aprovechará de mostrar un adelanto de su disco.
Las entradas para asistir a esta clase maestra tienen un valor que va de los 3.000 a los 5.000 pesos y se venden en las boleterías del GAM, ubicado en Av Libertador Bernardo O’Higgins 227
